What you’ll be doingIndependently manage and execute the full spectrum of HR functions and operations, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll processing, leave administration, employee records management, employee relations, performance management, and offboarding.
Support both operational and strategic HR initiatives, including policy implementation, workforce planning, manpower budgeting, headcount forecasting, and continuous process improvements.
Serve as the main HR point of contact for employees and managers, providing professional, responsive, and people‑oriented support.
