Position Overview
- Manage the full spectrum of recruitment activities, including onboarding, offboarding, and work pass administration.
- Maintain and update employee records, personal files, and leave information in the HR system while ensuring strict confidentiality of HR documents.
- Monitor and verify employee attendance, timesheets, and overtime records for staff and workers.
- Coordinate and prepare payroll-related documents for processing by the Finance Manager.
- Handle employee insurance claims and liaise with insurance brokers on related matters.
- Coordinate employee training and development initiatives.
- Liaise with government authorities such as MOM, CPF Board, and IRAS on HR-related matters.
- Ensure compliance with workplace health and safety regulations, including any government-mandated measures and policies.
