Fragomen Malaysia is seeking a dynamic and people-focused Assistant HR Manager (Shared Services) to support the Senior HR Manager in delivering high-quality HR support to employees across our Kuala Lumpur offices, with a particular focus on the regional Shared Services function within a professional services environment.
This role plays an important part in executing people strategies, partnering with business leaders, supporting talent development, fostering a strong performance culture, and ensuring a consistent and positive employee experience. The successful candidate will work closely with regional and global stakeholders to implement HR initiatives aligned with both local and business priorities.
