Position Overview
The Alfred University Assistant Head Cross Country & Track & Field Coach is responsible for assisting the head coach with the organization and management of the NCAA Division (Ill) men's and women's cross country, indoor, and outdoor track and field programs. This includes teaching and coaching student-athletes for successful competition; mentoring and engaging student-athletes' for athletic , academic, and personal success; meeting recruiting goals; civic engagement; planning and managing budgets and schedules; fund ra ising; and developing positive alumni and parent relations .
Salary: $62,354-$64,853 Annually
