**Opportunity**

The Assistant General Manager (AGM) provides strategic and operational leadership over the Experiential Core of Woodlake Market. This role is responsible for the performance of the high-complexity F&B departments that constitute 60% of the Market’s business footprint. The AGM serves as the primary culinary-business partner to the General Manager, overseeing a specialized team to ensure brand consistency, financial health, and the delivery of unforgettable guest experiences. Through noteworthy hospitality and disciplined operational management, the AGM acts as number two to the General Manager, ensuring leadership continuity for Kohler Hospitality’s flagship retail food destination.
