The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in the overall strategic and operational management of a commercial building and integrated retail facility. The role ensures optimal asset performance, high service standards, tenant satisfaction, regulatory compliance, and financial efficiency, while protecting and enhancing the long-term value of the property.
Responsibilities Oversee day-to-day operations of the building and mall, ensuring seamless functioning of all facilities. Ensure preventive and corrective maintenance of MEP systems, HVAC, vertical transportation, lift safety systems, and common areas.
