Head the Quality Assurance function for DKSH Healthcare Malaysia and Brunei, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements and internal quality standards
Serve as the strategic lead and business partner for Quality, driving alignment between quality, operations, and commercial objectives
Act as the market designated Management Representative for the Quality Management System (QMS), accountable for the effectiveness and compliance with regulatory and certification requirements
Serve as the primary escalation point for all quality-related matters within Malaysia & Brunei
Provide leadership and direction to ensure quality standards are embedded across all business operations and client engagements
