Join us as Assistant General Manager and partner with the GM to run one of Camden’s most‑loved live‑music venues and late‑night pubs. You’ll be on the floor, in the mix, leading the team and shaping unforgettable nights — from packed comedy shows to themed late‑night parties.

The Role

You’ll be the GM’s right hand, owning the day‑to‑day running of the venue:

• Lead daily operations and ensure smooth service across all shifts
• Supervise and support Duty Managers and front‑of‑house teams
• Manage cashing up, stock controls and basic P&L responsibilities
• Train, coach and develop the team to deliver consistently great service
• Help curate the venue’s vibe, events and late‑night concepts with the GM and programming team
