A progressive and growing Northern California rice drying and storage facility is seeking an Assistant General Manager (AGM) to join their team.
This role supports the General Manager in directing the day-to-day operations of the primary business of rice drying and storage, in alignment with the policies and objectives set by the Board of Directors.
The Assistant General Manager plays a key role in operational oversight, financial management, regulatory compliance, and workforce leadership.
This position offers a clear leadership development pathway, and qualified candidates will be considered for future succession to the General Manager role based on demonstrated performance, leadership capabilities, and organizational needs.
The Assistant General Manager reports directly to the General Manager.
