Direct daily shifts in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure readiness and consistency. Assist in managing budgets, cost control, labor scheduling, inventory oversight, and cash handling procedures. Contribute to the development and execution of business strategies and promotional initiatives aimed at maximizing revenue, seat utilization, and overall productivity. Coordinate with culinary leadership to ensure menu availability, address dietary requirements, and manage pacing and specials. Supervise reservations, waitlists, and floor plans to optimize guest flow and table turnover. Prepare and present daily operational reports, escalating issues and recommending solutions to the General Manager. Support administrative functions including timekeeping approvals, petty cash reconciliation, incident documentation, and stock counts.
