Assistant General Manager — Bar & Restaurant
 Up to £40,000 + Bonus (DOE!)
 High-Volume, Large-Capacity Venue (Indoor & Outdoor)
We’re on the hunt for a confident, energetic Assistant General Manager to help lead a busy, high-revenue bar & restaurant with a team of 30+. This is a big, fast-moving operation, the kind of place where strong leadership and big personality make all the difference!
What you’ll be doing
Supporting the GM in the day-to-day running of a high-volume venue
Leading, motivating, and developing a large team
Driving service standards across both bar and floor
Helping manage performance, staffing, and operations during peak trade
Supporting financial performance and commercial decisions

What we’re looking for

Experience in high-volume hospitality (think £60k+ weekly revenue)
Strong bar background is essential
