Position Overview
The Assistant General Management couple will support the General Managers in overseeing daily operations of a rural coastal hotel. This role requires not only strong hospitality and leadership skills but also the ability to speak and understand the Xhosa language and culture, ensuring respectful and authentic engagement with guests, staff, and the local community.

- Oversee day-to-day hotel operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences.
