Primary purpose: Provide legal support to the (i) Carbon Capture and Sequestration business team, (ii) Tallgrass Water business team, and (iii) Tallgrass fiber initiatives.

• Draft, review and negotiate carbon sequestration and transportation agreements, carbon sales agreements, and carbon capture agreements.
• Draft, review and negotiate purchase and sale agreements for fresh water and gathering and disposal agreements.
• Experience drafting indefeasible rights of use agreements for fiber infrastructure.
• Draft, review and negotiate joint development agreements, developer services agreements, development funding agreements, and related agreements.
• General commercial contracting experience.
• Provide strategic advice on transaction structures taking into account state and federal regulatory schemas.
