As a member of Centralized Transaction Operations (“CTO”) Legal, you will serve as a trusted advisor to the operations team that delivers end-to-end operational and technical support for check and payment processing, card production, ATM and branch services, and data management across the . payments system. You will primarily support operations units that fulfill third-party court-related subpoenas and asset-based orders, coordinating with civil litigators, federal, state, and local prosecutors, and other regulatory agencies. In addition to responding to daily escalations, you will help shape the strategic vision of the operations team, promoting process improvements and efficiencies while providing legal support to other CTO sublines of business and key strategic initiatives.
