As they continue to expand, they are looking to hire an Attorney (Assistant General Counsel) with 3+ years of experience to join their team in Baltimore, Maryland. This role involves providing comprehensive legal support for renewable energy projects, including managing complex transactions and ensuring compliance with relevant regulations. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project finance, corporate law, and renewable energy, and will work closely with senior leadership to balance legal risk with business objectives.
