The Assistant FOH Manager will be a champion of hospitality and ensure a consistently excellent guest experience at Floriole. They will assist in guiding the team by modeling excellent service and taking diligent care of the cafe, the food we serve, the guests, and the team. The right individual will assist the FOH Manager in ensuring execution of Floriole policies, procedures, expectations, and standards. The Assistant FOH Manager will work closely with the leadership team to fulfill operations tasks and big picture strategies.
