Assist in the preparation, assembly, and display of cafeteria food items according to established recipes and portion standards.
Serve food and beverages to customers at the cafeteria counter in a courteous and efficient manner.
Ensure food items are correctly labelled, presented attractively, and maintained at appropriate holding temperatures.
Replenish food displays, condiments, and service areas during operating hours.
Clear and clean dining areas, including tables, counters, and tray return stations.
Collect, sort, and transport soiled trays, crockery, and utensils to the wash‑up area.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of cutleries, containers, crockery, kitchen, cafeteria, and service areas in compliance with food safety and Infection Control requirements.
Assist with in‑house catering functions and special event food service when required.
