What will you do:
Include but not limited to:
- Work across all Food & Beverage outlets including our restaurant, bar and conference & events
- Ensure that the Food & Beverage team deliver excellent & professional guest service at all times
- Work with all departments to ensure that service times are adhered to
- Implement and maintain standards relating to food hygiene, brand standards, stock control and OHS
- Manage Food & Beverage employees including rostering, training and performance management
- Build a good relationship with guests or regular patrons. Try to remember individual patron’s names and their preferences to extend a personalized service.
- Handle guests’ complaints and comments tactfully and efficiently.
- Check the supply of equipment/stock level and ensure that there is no shortage of items which have impact on the operation and guests.
