Our Client is looking for an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager – Fine Dining, located in Pretoria.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide quality service to customers and colleagues, maintaining food and beverage services and support facilities for restaurants and banquets according to hotel and departmental standards.
- Maintain the restaurant’s revenue, profitability, and quality goals.
- Ensure efficient restaurant operation while maintaining high production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards.
- Lead all aspects of the business.
- Deliver a high-quality menu and motivate staff to provide excellent customer service.
- Ensure an efficient Fine Dining experience including wine pairing.
