GENERAL DESCRIPTION: T he Head Start floater provides comprehensive support to Head Start staff in the effective implementation and administration of programs and services for preschool-aged children and their families. Their primary role is to ensure a safe, nurturing, and educational environment for children and offer assistance with various administrative and coordination tasks within the program. The role requires the ability to travel, work as a team, and communicate effectively with diverse groups in both work and educational settings.
