Job Responsibilities Financial Management & Reporting Independently manage the full finance and accounting functions of Management Corporation Strata Title (MCST) and company accounts, including review of work performed by team members. Handle full sets of accounts from source documents to financial statements, covering Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, General Ledger, and Fixed Assets. Perform monthly and year-end closing, including preparation of management accounts, supporting schedules, intercompany reconciliations, and variance analysis. Prepare timely and accurate financial and management reports for group consolidation and management review. Group Reporting for US (Must be strong in IFRS and consolidation) Statutory & Compliance Prepare and submit statutory filings, including GST returns, Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI), and corporate income tax computations.
