Position Overview
Job Description •Responsible for the Group consolidation financial reporting to ensure timely monthly closing and reporting.
•Participate in prepare Annual Budget for Shipping Agency & Logistics BU
•Perform variance analysis / commentary for monthly and year-to-date results comparing to budget and prior year results.
•Prepare monthly balance sheet reconciliation and monthly ledger reviews as well as handle month-end closing.
•Analyze and formulate revenue improvement plan together with Finance Manager & Country Manager
•Continuously evaluates group’s financial closing processes. Develops systems & procedures for improvements.
•To monitor cash flow forecast and perform fund transfer to HQ according to schedule and guidelines.
•Provide support for year-end audit and taxation activities.
•Work with manager and company secretaries to prepare various subgroup Board meetings and resolutions.
