Position Overview
The incumbent will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day accounting operations, including preparation of full sets of accounts, monthly reports, annual budgets, and tax filings. The role also involves liaising with auditors, ensuring compliance with financial regulations, supervising the finance team, and driving process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy in financial reporting and analysis.
Job Responsibilities
i) Oversee and review the day-to-day financial operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payments &receipts, and general ledger activities.
ii) Prepare, review, and deliver complete sets of financial statements in a timely and accurate manner, ensuring compliance with applicable accounting standards, regulatory requirements, and stakeholder reporting needs.
iii) Prepare and review tax filings, including GST returns, in accordance with statutory requirements.
