B. Tech / Bachelor’s degree in Administration/ Business and Information Administration/Office Management and Technology. Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a higher education setting, or customer service environment. (Student support service; e.g applications, marks processing, registration, graduation ect ) Proven proficiency in a Student Administration System (e.g., ITS). Handbooks- Design and implement a quality assurance process for updating the faculty’s handbooks and manage annual amendments to the Prospectus. Manage the articulation of committee decisions by overseeing the tracking and implementation of FEC, Senex, Faculty Board decisions- (checking the academic records).
