Assistant Facilities Manager – Singapore
Full-time, permanent position based in Singapore.
Key responsibilities - Oversee office space planning, occupancy optimisation, and service management
- Monitor lease renewals, local headcount, and space utilisation
- Manage assets and maintain accurate records
- Track and manage monthly expenses
- Oversee facility preventive maintenance contracts and ensure service delivery standards are met
- Maintain issue tracking, standard operating procedures, and support audit activities
- Support risk management initiatives and business continuity planning
- Lead Singapore operations, including oversight of front desk, mailroom, and external archives
- Support sustainability initiatives, operational matters, and company events
