Summary of Job Responsibilities
Responsible for up-keeping, monitoring and maintaining of Plumbing/Sanitary, Pool and Water Feature System. Plan, organize, lead and control assigned Section’s activities in the operation, maintenance, repair and improvement of Mechanical systems Responsible for planning, oversee execution and control of overall predictive, preventive, corrective and emergency maintenance of Plumbing/Sanitary, Pool and Water Feature related equipment Carry out periodic inspections on all respective system, plant rooms and equipment within the property to ensure that they are in good and operable condition Maintain all operating permits required for facility operation Timely updates of operational status and KPI progress such as CM/PM completion, budget utilization, system status and project progress Standard Operating Procedures development Plan, administrate and execute improve...
