The Assistant Facility Manager supports the Regional Facilities Manager in overseeing the operations, maintenance, and management of the Buenos Aires facility. This role requires hands‑on experience in facilities management and property management to ensure the site operates efficiently, meets safety standards, and delivers a high‑quality environment for tenants, employees, and visitors. The AFM will coordinate maintenance activities, manage vendor relationships, and assist with budgeting and compliance for Argentina and help support other offices in the LATM region.
