Reporting to the Manager, Operations, the Executive will be responsible for handling vessel feeder operational matters to ensure smooth process workflows.

Responsibilities:

Prepare vessel reports according to operational requirements/deadlines
Collect and analyze data for operational performance and decision supports
Familiar with emergency procedures to vessel delays/incidents and support the managers to follow up on contingency plans
Liaise with vessels’ master to ensure vessels arrivals/departures are on time or as per charterers’ instruction
Vet and verify DGs applications to ensure compliance to IMO standard and company policy (training to be provided)
Review and approve requests for flexibags shipments
Discover any additional opportunities to complement existing procedures relevant to the scope of responsibility
