Position Overview
Overview We are looking for a proactive and technically sound Assistant Executive Engineering to support Hard Services operations within a Facilities Management environment. The role involves assisting in the management of MEP systems maintenance activities and site engineering operations to ensure service excellence and compliance with FM standards.
Responsibilities - Assist in day‑to‑day management of Hard Services operations including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, firefighting, and ELV systems.
- Support implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
- Monitor engineering systems performance and report issues or improvement opportunities.
