Position Overview
JOB SUMMARY The Assistant Escrow Officer is primarily responsible for assisting with tasks relating to the closing of a real estate transactions. Act as liaison between all parties to the transaction including homebuyer, seller, mortgage, accounting and other areas within the title and settlement processes.
Primary Job Responsibilities
- Perform customer service duties including answering phones and general email requests.
- Maintain professional branch appearance including cleanliness of closing rooms and lobby.
- Greet arriving customers and assist with closing celebrations.
- Contact customers and perform initial scheduling confirmation and obtain closing specific information.
- Maintain reports and tracking of completed tasks as required.
- Review initial closing information and prepare Pre-Settlement Statements.
