•Coordinate and manage engineering work requests, preventive maintenance orders, and related documentation in line with SOPs
•Support engineering management with daily planning, staff briefings, timesheets, and service disruption coordination
•Assist in purchasing, inventory control, and issuance of engineering spare parts
•Ensure compliance with Accor safety, security (ALEART), quality, and sustainability standards
•Work closely with Security and Engineering teams to support crisis management and InteREACT requirements
•Diploma education
•Minimum 2 years of secretarial experience
•Excellent reading, writing and oral proficiency in English language
•Good working knowledge of MS Excel, Word, & PowerPoint
