Service Field
Assist in leading a team to carry out preventive maintenance actions, oversee field manpower and resources allocation; and provide site coordination/support to ensure smooth daily field operations.Maintain good client relationships through conducting regular visits, preparing regular/ad-hoc reports as requested; and responding to client’s enquires in a prompt and professional manner. Follow up on repair works completion to achieve continual operations.Closely monitor lift & escalator performance and timely respond to breakdowns.Conduct root cause analysis on technical issues, identify potential risks and recommend practical solutions to reduce breakdown rates and resolve long-standing faults.Prepare trouble shoot analysis / incident investigation reports as requ...
