Position Overview
Job Responsibilities - Perform preventive and corrective maintenance for security systems (CCTV, surveillance equipment, access control, etc.).
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues on-site or remotely.
- Assist in installation, configuration, and testing of systems and equipment.
- Provide follow‑up support and ensure customer satisfaction after service visits.
- Prepare service reports, documentation, and update maintenance logs.
- Coordinate with Senior engineers and project teams when required.
- Ensure all work complies with safety and quality standards.
Requirements - Diploma/ITE in Security System Technology or related field
- Strong troubleshooting and hands‑on technical skills.
- Good communication skills and customer‑oriented mindset.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Possess a valid Class 3 driving licence is a plus.
