Responsible for the maintenance of District Cooling System (DCS) plants, Retail Cooling Monitoring (RCM) and other field works Implement and monitor service and maintenance programme Support analysis and optimisation of plant maintenance Supervise and implement all maintenance processes including externally sourced contractors Support maintenance contract management Conduct routine inspections of the facilities to detect and resolve problems Assist Engineer in calibrations and control troubleshooting as required Assign and release work orders to the concerned maintenance specialists and contractors Close work orders / service requests after completion of work Ensure work method of maintenance activities comply with established standards and procedures Assist Engineer to analyse and implement facility enhancement and improvement works Ensure all maintenance records are properly documented for tracking and audit purposes Oversee equipment stock and place orders for new supplies when nece...
