Responsible for mobile core/radio network surveillance, alarm escalation and fault reportingParticipate in mobile network regression test after network maintenance at during non-business hoursPerform daily mobile network data dump collection for network health checkPerform mobile cell site reset for cell site restorationPrepare daily / weekly / monthly mobile network performance reportHandle service reports and follow-up service status with internal and external customersPerform 7x24 shift duty in the Network Operation Center To Succeed in the Role
