To perform customer site service activities involving the installation supervision, commissioning, maintaining, modification and repair of complex Schneider and other projects along with Engineer assigned.
Responsible for a region or subgroup of services.
Performs installation supervision and commissioning of Schneider products including day to day service of the same as per the direction of Engineer
Performs maintenance for Schneider equipment
Support Engineer to train customers on equipment’s operation and maintenance of Schneider products.
Responsible for identifying and reporting failure modes encountered when in the field.
Determining the cause of these failures along with assigned engineer.
Solve Site problems at customers site and provides reports on these issue...
