As an Assistant Manager at HMP Brixton in South London, you will be responsible for leading and developing a team approach to the delivery of a high‑quality service to learners. You will support the Education Manager in overseeing site performance and, as part of the senior management team, maximise contract performance, develop curriculum, deliver quality provision and exceed the expectations of partners and learners in line with the company ethos of Improving Peoples Lives. You will deputise for the Education Manager in their absence on other occasions as appropriate.
