Description:
The Assistant Disbursements Manager serves as a leader within the Accounts Payable section of the University Accounting Office.

Working closely with the Disbursements Manager, this position ensures that financial transactions and accounts payable operations are performed accurately, efficiently, and in compliance with federal, state, and UNC System regulations. This position will also assist with implementing cash management policies, payroll processing, and developing a proactive approach to ensure payment policies and terms are met while providing exceptional customer service.

Primary Function of Organizational Unit:
The University Accounting Office is organized as a unit of the Division of Business and Finance with direct reporting responsibilities to the Assistant Vice Chancellor for Business and Finance/Controller.
