What the role is We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Director/Senior Manager to join the Human Capital's Planning, Strategy & Data Team.
What you will be working on - Formulate and review manpower policies to keep pace with tech and media developments.
- Conduct policy research, data analysis, and evaluate emerging tech and media trends to inform manpower policy recommendations.
- Prepare high-quality papers and presentations for senior management, senior government officials, and Ministers.
- Oversee and ensure the timely and effective implementation of manpower policies and operations.
- Collaborate both within and across government agencies to ensure alignment of strategic interests.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of policy officers, that can effectively contribute to the cluster’s objectives.
