The
Assistant Director, Talent Management & Succession
plays a critical, strategic role in shaping our executive talent agenda to enable rapid organizational growth and transformation across our
social service agency . Reporting to the Director of Strategy & Growth, this role is explicitly focused on designing, operationalizing, and executing a comprehensive talent management framework that hardens leadership capability and builds a sustainable pipeline for mission-critical roles.
Shape and Execute Talent Strategy Lead the design and end-to-end implementation of the enterprise Talent Management Strategy, ensuring absolute alignment with long-term growth and organizational goals. Establish rigorous, data-driven KPIs and accountability frameworks to track high-potential (HiPo) progression and mitigate critical talent risks.
