The Assistant Director is a key team member of the Accessible Education Unit of the University Wellbeing Office who specialises in special needs. The incumbent leads a team of staff in developing initiatives to include students with diverse needs, thus making NTU an inclusive community. The incumbent will also act as a bridge between students, faculty, staff to support students with special educational needs.

• Serve as Assistant Head and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of the Accessible Education Unit, supporting the Head to spearhead strategic initiatives and continuously enhance support for students with special educational needs.
