Constantly evaluate business potential and opportunities in new geographical markets and across new market segments.
Participate in the preparation of the annual departmental operating budget, the hotel marketing plan, business plan, and financial plans.
Monitor competitors’ activities and assist in marketing intelligence.
Build the hotel’s profile within the local marketplace through attendance at events.
