**Key Responsibilities:**
Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring optimal staffing levels and efficient workforce planning
Develop team performance through coaching, feedback, and clear development goals
Deliver training to ensure compliance and alignment with Regent standards
Cultivate a positive, team-oriented work environment across all departments
Promote open communication and teamwork through daily coordination and interdepartmental support
Initiate or recommend People & Culture actions as needed
Administer and support annual employee satisfaction surveys and action planning
