Main duties of the job

Provide senior operational leadership and management across assigned services, ensuring delivery against performance improvement, quality, and financial targets.

Lead and deliver programmes of service transformation to improve sustainability, efficiency, and patient outcomes.

Maintain oversight of operational risks, ensuring appropriate controls and mitigations are in place to support safe and effective service delivery.

Develop and implement innovative models of care and ways of working, supported by technology where appropriate.
