Operational Management: Managing day‑to‑day nursing operations, including staff deployment, infection control, and optimizing resource allocation.
Quality Assurance: Upholding high nursing standards for patient monitoring, documentation, and treatment protocols.
Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between families, caregivers, and physicians to coordinate care and leading multidisciplinary team meetings.
Staff Mentorship & Training: Supervising nurses and care staff, providing training, and participating in palliative care education
