Position Overview
The Assistant Director, Human Resources is a strategic leadership role responsible for partnering closely with the Managing Director and Executive Director to drive the companyβs people agenda, operational excellence, and organizational growth.
This role oversees the full HR spectrum across Shared Services (Payroll & HR Administration), HR Business Partnering, and Talent Management, ensuring alignment of people strategies with business objectives while driving service excellence across all operating units.
The incumbent will provide leadership in workforce planning, organizational development, talent acquisition, employee engagement, performance management, compliance, and HR transformation initiatives to support business scalability within a fast-paced F&B environment.
