Position Overview
Under the general direction of the Director of Guest Services and within the limits of established Rixos Hotel Policies and Procedures oversees and directs the day to day Operation of the Guest Relations Department and maintains the overall efficiency of standards set. Promotes positive work environment.
Summary of General Duties
- Review and update the Logbook.
- Be smart well groomed and maintain a friendly and cheerful disposition all the times.
- Report regularly on happening to RDM/DOR and GM.
- Maintain associate relations.
- Resolve guest complaints.
- Ensure the services are up to the required standard.
- Smooth check-in / check-out procedures.
- Check hotel situation occupancy functions groups and VIPs.
- Co-operation with hotels Departments Housekeeping Engineering F&B etc.
- Attend training classes as per schedule
