Position Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated Assistant Director of Food and Beverage who will assist the Director of Food and Beverage in the efficient running of the Food and Beverage Department through planning, organizing, directing, and controlling in line with Hotelβs policies and standards whilst meeting employees, guests, and ownerβs expectations.
Summary of Responsibilities:
- Assist the Director of Food and Beverage in maintaining a high standard of implementation of standard operating procedures and policy across the divisions.
- Coordinate tasks and work with other departments.
- Review, create and update SOP as required.
- Conduct training as necessary.
- Perform other duties that are assigned as necessary.
