Position Overview
**Description:**
1.Responsible for the overall operation and co-ordination of various Food & Beverage departments such as All Dining, Room Service, Chinese Restaurant, bar, all the kitchens, stewarding etc.
2. Exercises administration and supervises through Food & Beverage Manager, Executive Chef andrestaurant Managers.
**Qualifications:**
1.International 5 Star Hotel, 5 year experience in food and beverage, culinary, event management, or related professional area.
2.Experienced in brand switching would be much preferred.
