(What the role is) Plan, manage, implement, and supervise development projects to realise the Greater Sentosa Master Plan. (What you will be working on) Key Responsibilities Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external agencies/partners on Master Plan development projects from project inception to handover. Responsible for design management, project management and coordination throughout the entire project life-cycle. Develop detailed implementation programme and strategy. Develop project briefs, requirements, technical specifications for the procurement of consultancy and construction contracts. Identify project interface issues and collaborate with all interfacing parties to develop effective mitigation measures. Identify project risks and implement necessary mitigation measures.
